See Problems as Problems

How we see problems determines the quality of our interventions.

...when we see problems as opportunities, we transmit a completely different attitude.

Life is change and challenge. If it were too easy, we wouldn't learn. If it never challenged us, we wouldn't grow.

Of course we all prefer the trouble-free periods of life.

However, when we understand that our problems come in order to teach a lesson we need, it becomes a completely different experience. Then we put our energy into asking ourselves what we need to learn rather than asking ourselves why this had to happen.

The ironic part is that the more we accept our problems, the fewer we have.
